ABOUT R.L. WOLF – Songwriter

R.L. Wolf is a hypnotherapist, blogger, and songwriter from Austin, Tx. Some of his political anthems were inspired by George Orwell, others by authors as varied as Carl Jung, Joseph Campbell, Kurt Vonnegut, Albert Einstein, Gabriel Garcia Marquez, and many more. A long list of songwriters have also inspired him including Mick Jagger and Keith Richards, Jim Morrison, John Lennon, Warren Zevon, Randy Newman, John Prine, etc.

These featured songs are collectively highlighted in a Spotify EP entitled, “Wolf Bytes”.They can also be heard on SoundCloud. Comments plays, and follows are always appreciated, but RL’s current goal is to share these protest anthems with podcasts, civil rights groups, progressive activists, and YouTubers who can use these anthems to galvanize their followers. We are now entering the darkest chapter of American history since the Civil War with a twice-elected President who has been described by his former chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, General Mark Milley, as “fascist to the core”. This is no time to curl up in a ball and pretend none of this is happening. This is the time to find your courage, stiffen your backbone, and join the Resistance. Every movement needs music to inspire. Hopefully, these songs will find the right audience.
