About Me

Based in Austin,Tx., R.L. Wolf is a certified hypnotherapist whose online practice has reached across the globe. A University of Texas graduate, he is a self-motivated, life-long student of human psychology and self-improvement. As a tribal member of the Osage Nation, his worldview has been greatly influenced by Native American traditions.

Moreover, as a licensed realtor, R.L. spent several years as a manager and sales trainer in real estate acquisitions. Since leaving that industry, he has turned his attention to helping others overcome phobias and self-imposed limitations. His techniques include a blend of neuroscience, neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), and hypnotherapy.

Inspired by Dr. Herbert Spiegel’s pioneering work and Dr.Steve G. Jones’ contemporary methods, R.L. has learned that the roots of our conscious limitations often reside in long-buried subconscious memories. By uncovering those memories while in a relaxed, hypnotic state, the neural connections that have long empowered our negative behaviors can be rewired. Therefore, his tagline isn’t marketing hype, but rather is a literal truth when correctly applied, “Banish Negative Behavior – Rewire Your Brain”.

According to numerous scientific studies, smoking has a deleterious effect on all the major organs of your body. Most smoking-related deaths are from three diseases: lung cancer, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), or coronary heart disease. Other common cancers caused by smoking include cancer of the larynx, esophagus, kidneys, liver, oral and nasal cavities – and this is just a partial list. Common heart diseases include cerebrovascular disease, aortic aneurysm, ischemic heart disease, and atherosclerosis. Moreover, tobacco use is responsible for over 8 million deaths per year.
